Completions are always yours. YOUR AI AGENT uses the Gateway. Pairing needs a key. Settings keys are only for in-app chat. Pro is storage, not tokens.

Pro is the library, not a brain we run on our dime.
Firestore, Storage, vector search, sync, backups, and pairing extra runtimes (API key or MCP). Completions are always yours: YOUR AI AGENT on the Gateway, a key in Settings, a local model, or the Grok/OpenClaw/Claude tokens on the agent you already pay for.
What this page used to mean
Older copy talked about "managed AI" as if Pro included a hosted model we pay for. That is not the product. The platform owner never pays completion tokens for the Gateway, for channel capture, or for pairing.
If Settings still shows a leftover "run by us" switch for in-app chat, treat it as experimental and optional. Connecting YOUR AI AGENT does not use it. Hub tools run metadata plus a heuristic, or your stored key if you added one.
What to do instead
- For public read, copy the GATEWAY PROMPT on the Agent Gateway.
- For in-app chat, pick a local model or paste your own cloud key in Settings.
- For saving into your library from the agent you already talk to, mint an API key on Connect.
- Upgrade to Pro when you want unlimited bookmarks, files, vectors, and backups, not when you want us to buy Grok tokens.
