Manage collections and move entries

Keep your public library tidy: create, rename, re-file, and delete collections, and move several entries between shelves at once — from your profile or any collection page.

A tidy shelf is a joy to share. Once you've published a few things, you'll want to group them, rename a collection, or move a couple of entries onto a different shelf. Here's every way to keep your public library neat.

Your collections in one place

Go to Library → Collections (or tap Collections on your public profile). This page lists every public collection you've made, and for each one shows its topic shelf, how many entries it holds, and a link to its public page. From here you can:

  • Create a new collection — give it a name and pick a topic shelf.
  • Rename a collection.
  • Re-file it — change which topic shelf it sits on for Explore.
  • Delete it — the shelf goes away, and its entries stay published (they're just no longer in that collection).

Adding an entry to a collection

The quickest way is right from your library: click the publish (eye) button on any card. In the window that opens you can:

  • Pick an existing collection from the dropdown and click Add.
  • Or type a brand-new collection name and click Add to create and assign it in one step.
  • Use the Manage button to jump to the full Collections page.

For an entry that's already public, each change saves instantly.

Moving entries between collections (bulk)

Say your "AI Business" shelf has a few entries that really belong on "AI Tools". You can move them together, without editing one by one. Management happens one collection at a time, right inside that collection's own table or card view — so it stays fast no matter how many entries you've saved.

On a collection page (/@you/c/ai-business):

  1. Click Manage entries. Your existing table/card view becomes selectable — no extra list appears.
  2. Tick the entries you want (or Select all). In card view, click a card to select it; in table view, use the checkbox.
  3. Choose the destination collection from the dropdown and:
  4. Move to — takes them off this shelf and puts them on the chosen one.
  5. Also add to — keeps them here and adds the chosen one.
  6. Remove from this — takes them off this shelf (they stay published).
  7. Click Done when you're finished.
Only you ever see the Manage entries button. Visitors just see your bookmarks. Because each collection is managed on its own page, there's no giant "all entries" list to wade through.

Good to know

  • An entry can live on more than one shelf at a time.
  • Moving or removing an entry from a collection never unpublishes it — it stays on your main profile.
  • Public collections are free — you just need a signed-in, verified account (they live on your public page).
  • Changes sync to your library and your public pages automatically.
